If you are a California or Virginia resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") or Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act provides you with rights to make certain requests with respect to your data.  We also allow other US customers to make these types of requests, which we consider on a case-by-case basis. You can use this form to submit these requests.

To request to opt out of the "sale" or certain uses or disclosures of your personal information under California or Virginia law you must use our Your Privacy Choices request form instead of this form.
