Paracoat roof coatings are designed to help protect existing smooth and granule-surfaced roof systems from the effects of weathering and chemical exposure.* Paracoat can be applied with only one coat that cures in 2 hours.^† It resists ponding water and achieves UL Class A up to 3/4 in. when used over Siplast Paradiene^® 20/30 FR Roof System.

Available in two versions—Paracoat Roof Coating and Paracoat HS Roof Coating. Both are multi-component, fast-curing, and flexible, with Paracoat HS offering enhanced resistance to exterior fire exposure. Both products are available in a standard pure white color. Light grey and light ivory colors are available on a special made-to-order basis for Paracoat Roof Coating only.
