PC-227 Elastomeric Roof Coating is an acrylic-base white coating designed for use over Siplast roof systems. It combines excellent reflectivity with durability, along with strong adhesion and flexibility. The coating’s exceptional asphalt bleed blocking properties retard the leaching of asphalt, which makes PC-227 well suited for use with SBS-modified bitumen roof systems.
