Paratherm^® HD polyiso coverboards are a rigid roof insulation panel comprised of a high-density closed cell polyisocyanurate foam core bonded on each side to a durable inorganic coated fiberglass facers (CGF). They have an exceptionally high R-value of 2.5 and high compressive strength (80 psi minimum up to 110 psi maximum) and they also meet the requirements of ASTM D3273 for resistance to mold growth.*  Lightweight at only 11 lbs. (80 psi min, 4ft. x 8ft.) and 13 lbs. (110 psi min, 4ft. x 8ft.), polyiso coverboards are easy to move around the jobsite, cut, and install. Paratherm^® HD polyiso coverboards are ideal for low-slope roofs with high foot traffic^†, exposure to hail events,^‡ and overburden and HVAC or solar.^§ Paratherm HD polyiso products protect and help extend the life of the roof system and are compatible with many Siplast SBS-modified bitumen, STP, and single-ply systems with a variety of attachment methods.
