Veral^® sheets are designed as a finish ply for use in multi-layer modified bitumen roof systems, typically with Irex^® 40 or Paradiene® 20 as the base sheet. Utilized in most roof decks with drainage, they can also be used as a flashing sheet. Veral^® offers the dramatic appearance and protection of an aluminum foil surfacing with the elastomeric properties of a premium SBS-modified bitumen blend and the strength of a scrim-reinforced fiberglass.

Torch-applied is the preferred application method for Veral^®, but it can be applied with SFT Adhesive in approved systems. Veral^® sheets meet FM Approvals (FM Standard 4470) for use in Veral^® Class 1 insulated steel deck constructions and insulated and non-insulated concrete roof deck constructions, subject to FM conditions and limitations.
